Inside, our spacious apartments feature engineered white oak hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, blending modern sophistication with timeless comfort.
Exclusive on-site amenities elevate everyday living, including a fitness center with Echelon mirrors, a warming pool, and serene courtyard gardens. Residents also enjoy access to private, comfortable lobbies, underground parking (with EV charging options), and direct entry to RASA Spa and The Rook restaurant.

Library Place provides 30 on-site parking spaces for residents through a monthly parking pass system. The parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis that is subject to availability. Parking is $150 monthly and requires a one-year commitment. Additionally, our parking lot is equipped with 20 charging stations to support electric vehicles. The EV Charger Premium monthly fee is an additional $100.

At Library Place, we warmly welcome dogs and cats that weigh up to 30 pounds. Additionally, we carefully evaluate other types of pets on an individual basis, ensuring a friendly environment for all our residents. To have a pet in our community, there is an annual fee of $600 per pet. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a monthly fee of $50 per pet.

Library Place strictly adheres to the Tobacco-Free Tompkins program, creating a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed within the premises of Library Place.

Yes, we offer fireplaces in certain units. Specifically, there are electric fireplaces built in 15 of our two-bedroom units and 3 of our three-bedroom units.
