Located just a few blocks from Downtown Ithaca, Library Place offers easy access to parks, restaurants, entertainment venues, and Ithaca's stunning waterfalls, allowing residents to fully enjoy the local charm and natural beauty. Overall, Library Place is an adult living community that aims to provide a supportive and engaging environment where residents can enjoy a fulfilling and active lifestyle, while benefiting from the convenience and care tailored to their needs.

Wi-Fi will cost $50 per month, and electricity will be billed based on usage.

Tenants will have the option to rent parking and storage for additional monthly fees.

Library Place provides 30 on-site parking spaces for residents through a monthly parking pass system. The parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis that is subject to availability. Parking is $150 monthly and requires a one-year commitment. Additionally, our parking lot is equipped with 20 charging stations to support electric vehicles. The EV Charger Premium monthly fee is an additional $100.

At Library Place, we warmly welcome dogs and cats that weigh up to 30 pounds. Additionally, we carefully evaluate other types of pets on an individual basis, ensuring a friendly environment for all our residents. To have a pet in our community, there is an annual fee of $600 per pet. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a monthly fee of $50 per pet.

Amenities include community spaces, courtyard gardens, workout facilities, a warming pool, and parking. Lifelong, Library’s Place’s next-door neighbor, provides activities and programs onsite for active adults.

Yes, we offer fireplaces in certain units. Specifically, there are electric fireplaces built in 15 of our two-bedroom units and 3 of our three-bedroom units.

Toilets are standard height and have grab bars. They can be elevated with a separate raised seat.
