Travis Hyde Properties manages over 850,000 square feet of residential, commercial, storage, and retail properties in Ithaca and Binghamton, NY. We pride ourselves on being the rental company of choice for the academic, professional, and older residents of the Ithaca region for over 45 years.
Frost Travis, President of Travis Hyde Properties, and Elsa Hyde, Vice President, lead their family-operated real estate business. Building upon their father Mack Travis’ legacy, Frost and Elsa share a common vision to provide innovative and sustainably operated properties for their city and community. Together, they strive to drive the company's values forward and continue making a positive impact through their multi-faceted real estate endeavors.
